Achini has over 10 years experience as a hand therapist in both public hospital and private practices, working alongside leading Hand Surgeons in NSW. She is skilled in treating acute and chronic neurological, orthopedic, sports injuries, pediatric conditions and work conditions of the elbow, wrist, and hand.

Achini earned her specialisation as a Certified Hand Therapist (USA) in 2016 and is an Accredited Hand Therapist (as awarded by the AHTA), and a full member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association. She has been a clinical supervisor for Physiotherapy students, has published scientific journal articles and taught wound management and hand trauma courses in Sydney.

She enjoys the "hands-on" nature of hand therapy, making splints and finding creative solutions to complex upper limb problems.

Achini is excited about providing holistic care which consists of attending to her patients' needs through personalized therapy services and helping her patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
